Terms of service

These terms apply to the Prepimo app and this website. Prepimo is provided by Gravitarious ("we", "us"), a company registered in Pakistan with the SECP. By creating an account or using Prepimo, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

1. Who can use Prepimo

Prepimo is intended for people aged 16 and over who are preparing for competitive exams such as Pakistan's Central Superior Services (CSS) exam. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Please give accurate information when you sign up.

2. Independent study aid, no affiliation

Prepimo is an independent study app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) or the Government of Pakistan. Using Prepimo does not guarantee any result in any exam. For exam rules, the syllabus and notices, always refer to the FPSC website.

3. Content accuracy and error reports

Our questions are sourced and explained, and we review them carefully (see how we make questions). Even so, mistakes can happen and facts can change over time. The content is provided for study purposes only, "as is", without any guarantee that it is complete, current or free of errors. If you find a problem, please use the Report button on the question or email support@prepimo.com. We aim to review reports within 48 hours and fix confirmed errors in a content update.

4. Free and Premium

Prepimo is free to use with daily limits. Premium unlocks additional features, as described in the app. We may change features, limits or content over time, and may occasionally offer Premium for free for a limited period.

5. Subscriptions, auto-renewal and cancellation

Plans: Monthly at PKR 399 and 6 Months at PKR 1,499, or the nearest price set by the store. The price you pay is the one shown in the app and the store before you confirm.
Payment: charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. We never handle your card details.
Auto-renewal: your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
Cancellation: cancel any time in your store settings: on Android, Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions (play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions); on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions (apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions). Premium continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app or your Prepimo account does not cancel the subscription.
Price changes: if the price changes, the store will notify you as required by its rules, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
Restore: use Profile → Restore purchases to recover Premium on a new device signed in to the same store account.

6. Refunds

Purchases are processed by Google or Apple, so refunds follow their policies and are requested from them, not from us:

Google Play: Google Play refund policy.
App Store: request a refund from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).

If a refund is granted, Premium access ends. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

copy, scrape, resell or republish Prepimo's questions, explanations or other content, or use them to build a competing product;
use bots, scripts or modified apps, or try to manipulate XP, the leaderboard or subscription checks;
access other users' data, probe our systems or interfere with the service;
share your account or use someone else's;
submit false or abusive reports.

Leaderboard names

The name you show on the leaderboard must not be offensive, must not impersonate another person or organisation, and must not contain contact details, links or advertising. Names can be reported by other learners. We may review, replace with "Learner" or remove any name from the leaderboard, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly break these rules.

8. Our content and your content

Prepimo's questions, explanations, cards, design and software belong to Gravitarious or its licensors and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial study only. When you send us an error report or feedback, you allow us to use it to improve Prepimo.

9. Suspension and ending

You can stop using Prepimo and delete your account at any time (see delete your account). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (for example 3, 8, 10 and 11) continue after your account ends.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Prepimo is provided "as is" and "as available", and Gravitarious is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for exam results or decisions made based on the content. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Premium in the 6 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan. Please contact us first; most issues can be solved by email.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use Prepimo after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: support@prepimo.com.
