Delete your Prepimo account
You can delete your Prepimo account and its data at any time. Prepimo is published by Gravitarious.
Option 1: in the app (fastest)
- Open Prepimo and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on all devices.
Option 2: without the app
Email support@prepimo.com from the email address of your Prepimo account, with the subject "Delete my account". If you signed in with Apple using "Hide My Email", tell us that and we will help you confirm the account. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address. We complete deletion within 7 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in details (email address, name, account ID).
- Your study progress: answers, tests, practice sessions, flashcard results, bookmarks and settings.
- Your XP, streaks, badges, daily activity and your leaderboard entries (removed at the next leaderboard update, within about an hour).
- Name reports you made and name reports about you.
- Your customer record at our subscription provider (RevenueCat).
What is kept
- Error reports you sent about questions are kept to maintain our content, but they are unlinked from you: nothing in them identifies your account.
- Backups: deleted data disappears from our rolling database backups within 30 days.
- Analytics and crash data are not linked to your name or email and expire under Firebase's retention settings.
- Store purchase records are kept by Google or Apple under their own policies and legal obligations.
Subscriptions are not cancelled automatically. Deleting your account does not stop store billing. Cancel your Premium subscription in Google Play or the App Store first.
